Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or USPS Flat Rate. Shipping costs are determined by the total package weight and method of shipment. Any shipping overages paid at time of checkout will be refunded to the buyer. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. The initial shipping cost will not include insurance (though USPS provides default insurance up to $50). If you wish to add extra insurance to your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can be sure to add it - also be advised that this may impact the final cost of your order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your purchase. I ship only to the domestic United States. Wandering Oak Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so keep this in mind.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns for custom orders cannot be processed after the 48 cancellation window.
If the order is not a custom one, I will accept returns for a full refund NO LATER THAN 5 days after receipt of the item.
On the rare occasion that the soap will be unusable to the customer, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to evaluate the best was to resolve any issues. If a return is decided as the best course of action, please return ONLY the unopened and unused portion of the order, and you will receive a return credit for only that amount upon my receipt of the returned product.
Due to the fact that these are products that touch your skin, opened or used product WILL NOT be accepted as a return or refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is damaged in transit, please email photos of the damaged box/product, and I will send you a replacement.
Please feel safe knowing that any personal information gained through transactions for custom orders will be strictly kept only for the purposes of contacting you in the event of a problem and mailing your order. Your information will never be sold or given to any outside parties.
